Sites that had a job to do.

A short list on purpose. Each project below is live, built end to end in the house, and shown with the parts you can go and check yourself.

01 · Kultcha · 2025

A Brew. A Vibe. A Kultcha.

Kultcha is a handcrafted bubble tea, Vietnamese iced coffee and soft-serve bar on Level 1 of Cairns Central. The site had to do two jobs at once: carry a loud, young brand, and win the local search for anyone typing “bubble tea Cairns”.

What we built

Six decisions doing the work on every visit.

01

A menu that behaves like a menu

45+ drinks across milk teas, fruit teas, Vietnamese iced coffees, frappes and sundaes — each with pricing, description and customisation, structured so it stays editable and stays indexable.

02

Proof of craft, on the page

A made-to-order video section — “Every cup, built by hand.” — puts the making of the drink in front of the customer instead of claiming it in a paragraph.

03

Reviews doing the selling

A review wall of customer quotes with a direct prompt to leave a Google review, feeding the same profile that drives the local pack.

04

Findable in Cairns

Full name, address, phone and trading hours in the markup and on the page, directions straight to Cairns Central, and location language written for how people actually search.

05

The feed, embedded

#BrewingMovement pulls the Instagram grid onto the site, so new flavours and giveaways land without a site update.

06

Answers before the DM

An FAQ block covering dairy-free, caffeine-free, sugar and ice levels — deflecting the questions the team was answering by hand.

In their words

“A Brew. A Vibe. A Kultcha.” — the line the whole site is built around. Every screen puts the drink first and the ordering second, because that is how the shop actually works.
